Beauty therapy - There are a wide range off beauty therapy treatments to the face and body, which are carried out by our professional qualified beauty therapists. Each of the treatments is designed to provide a specific benefit to the particular part of the body that is being treated. Regular treatment can positively affect your health and increase your ability to enjoy life to the full.

All the products that we use have been carefully selected. We chose the most well known brand products to provide a good quality service. We can also make our own 100% fresh, natural, organic facial mask and body exfoliation product. (Please give at least 2 days notice before you come, as fresh fruit may be needed in its preparation.)  

Facial treatment : This treatment comprises of 2-3 steps facial cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, facial steam with mask, toning, moisturising, followed by a face and scalp massage to release any tension and provide the maximum benefit to the client. The treatment leaves your skin with a healthy looking glow.

Detoxifying body treatment : Treatment begins with cleansing, body exfoliation & detoxifying mask, body toner oil with gentle massage followed by moisturizing.

Hot & Cold stone massage: This treatment is used to provide a luxurious and relaxing sensation, which can improve circulation and rebalance also helps relieve muscle stiffness and encourages cell regeneration.

Relaxation massage: This treatment is used to provide a luxurious and relaxing sensation, which can improve circulation and rebalance also helps relieve muscle stiffness and encourages cell regeneration.

Deep Tissue massage: This treatment is focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Lymphatic Drainage: This treatment uses very light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase lymphatic flow and get rid of toxins in your body. It is a gentle whole body treatment that relaxes the nervous system and aids the body's immune system.

Body Wraps treatment: Treatment begins with cleansing, body toner oils with massage (massage needs 40 mins to achieve slimming result), then bandage with sculpt & exfoliation mask and wraps with plastic films. (This part needs 30-45 mins to achieve the best result.) Cleaning the skin is then followed by moisturizing.

This treatment can draw out impurities and tightens pores to smooth and tone skin, keep your skin in a firm, nourished and hydrated condition. Also creates a loss of inches around the body contour. The product we use can increase metabolism and improve skin texture and reduces the appearance of stretch marks.

Note : This treatment is specially designed for people who want to lose weight or get a slimmer look. They also need to follow strict aftercare advice at home after the treatment.

Ear candles: An ancient Native American tribal relaxing treatment which successfully helps to alleviate ear conditions such as irregular pressure after diving or flying, glue ear in children and wax build up. The treatment finishes with a relaxing facial massage.

Laser hair removal: This new Scanning Laser hair removal technique allows targeting unwanted hair on small areas such as underarms, bikini line, arms and face, removal of hair is without pain.

How it Works: There are three phases of hair growth: Anagen phase – active growth phase Catagen phase – degradation phase (about to fall out and new hair to come in) Telogen phase – resting phase when hair has fallen out and no hair is visible. Treatment is most effective when the hair is in the active growth phase. You will need to re-treat an area, as not all the hairs will be in the active growth phase at any one time. The number of hairs in the active growth phase also varies around the body. For example, on the upper lip 64% (2/3rds) of the hairs are in the resting phase and remain in the resting phase for up to six weeks. Around the bikini line 30% (1/3rd) are in the resting phase at any one time, and are so for up to 3 months. Hence, a number of sessions are required to ensure that all hairs are treated in the active growth phase. Ideally it helps if the hair is 1 to 3mm long. However, laser hair treatment is not suitable for Afro Caribbean or black skin complexions.
